In the Little Treasure Mouse’s workshop, every pop socket is made with careful paws, thoughtful magic, and a great deal of love. Because each treasure is handmade — especially custom designs — the Mouse has a few gentle guidelines about returns and refunds.

🧵 Custom Orders
Custom pop sockets are created especially for you, based on your chosen image, idea, or vision.

Because they are one‑of‑a‑kind and made to your request, the Mouse cannot accept returns or offer refunds on custom pieces unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

If something is wrong, please email the Mouse straight away with a photo so she can scurry to help.

📦 Damaged or Faulty Items
If your treasure arrives damaged during its journey, the Mouse will do everything she can to make it right.

Please contact her within a reasonable time with:

• A clear photo of the damage
• Your order details
• Any packaging photos if helpful

She will happily arrange a replacement or suitable solution.

✨ Handmade Charm
Every pop socket is crafted by tiny paws, which means small variations, tiny bubbles, or slight imperfections may appear. These are part of the handmade magic and are not considered faults.

🔁 Change of Mind
For non‑custom items, returns may be accepted if the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned safely.

The buyer is responsible for return postage.

Custom items, however, cannot be returned due to change of mind — they are made just for you.
